How billing works
Monthly memberships renew automatically and can be upgraded, downgraded or canceled at any time from your vendor dashboard. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. The one-time founding membership covers 12 months, after which a monthly membership is required to stay published. Paying does not publish your listing on its own — an administrator reviews and publishes it, and the verified badge always requires document review. See our Terms of Service and Refund Policy to reflect billing terms.
Pro Buyer checkout uses Stripe Managed Payments for tax calculation, collection, filing, remittance, fraud protection and dispute handling. This adds 3.5% per transaction to standard Stripe fees, and customer statements may show a LINK.COM descriptor.
