How billing works
Monthly memberships renew automatically and can be upgraded, downgraded or canceled at any time from your vendor dashboard. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. The one-time founding membership covers 12 months, after which a monthly membership is required to stay published. Paying does not publish your listing on its own — an administrator reviews and publishes it, and the verified badge always requires document review.
