Acceptable use

You agree to use TrueVendorConnect lawfully, to provide accurate information, and not to misuse the platform to harass, defraud or mislead other users.

Accounts and roles

• Buyers/professionals may browse vendor profiles and send inquiries.
• Vendors are responsible for keeping their profile, terms and documentation accurate.
• Administrators review vendor applications and verification documents and may approve, request more information, or decline applications.

Listing accuracy

Vendors must ensure their profile information—including products, pricing terms, minimums and shipping—is accurate and kept up to date.

We are a discovery marketplace

TrueVendorConnect connects buyers and vendors for discovery and direct communication. We are not a party to any transaction, contract, or order between a buyer and a vendor, and we do not guarantee the outcome of any transaction.

Verification disclaimer

Verification reflects an administrator's review of documents submitted at a point in time. It is not a guarantee of ongoing compliance, product quality, or business conduct.

Membership and billing

Membership tiers are described on our Pricing page. Billing is not yet enabled. These terms will be updated to reflect billing details before any paid memberships begin.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these terms, provide fraudulent information, or misuse the platform.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrueVendorConnect is not liable for damages arising from transactions or interactions between buyers and vendors conducted off or on the platform.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
