Verification documents are private

Documents submitted for vendor verification are stored privately and are accessible only to authorised TrueVendorConnect administrators. They are never displayed publicly.

Storage and security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect stored data, including access controls restricting sensitive information such as verification documents to authorised personnel.

Cookies and sessions

We use essential cookies and session storage to keep you signed in and remember basic preferences. We do not use cookies to sell your data to third parties.

Data retention

We retain account and application information for as long as your account is active or as needed to operate the marketplace, and delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed, subject to legal requirements.

Payment data

TrueVendorConnect does not currently collect payment data. Billing is not active while the platform is pre-launch.
