Create a free account, then complete the vendor listing form. Tell us about your business, your products or services and your wholesale terms. Your profile publishes to the marketplace as soon as you submit it — there is no waiting on approval.

What do I need to submit with my application?

Your business name and type, product categories, location and service area, a description of what you sell, shipping terms and any minimum order amount. Verification documents are uploaded privately and are only visible to authorised administrators.

Do I have to wait for approval?

No. Listings are self-serve and go live immediately. Administrators still moderate the marketplace and may contact you or unpublish a listing that breaks the community guidelines.

What if an administrator asks me to change something?

Any note from an administrator appears on your dashboard. Edit your listing directly — you never need to start over or resubmit a new application.

Which membership tier do I start on?

New listings start on the Basic tier. Paid tiers (Verified, Featured, or the Founding Vendor membership) are applied automatically once payment is completed from the pricing page.

Does a live listing mean I am verified?

No. Publishing a listing does not verify it. The verified badge is separate and always requires an administrator to review the documents you submitted, even after a paid Verified membership.

How do I update my listing?

Sign in and open your dashboard. The profile editor lets you change your business description, categories, location, shipping terms, minimum order, contact details and social links. Changes save immediately to your public profile.

How do I update my pricing and product list?

Use the offerings section of your dashboard to add, edit, reorder or remove products and services with their prices or price ranges. Your membership tier determines how many offerings you can publish.

How do I add or remove photos?

The photo gallery in your dashboard handles uploads, captions, reordering and deletion. Your membership tier sets the photo limit, and the limit is enforced when you upload.

How do I track and respond to buyer inquiries?

Buyer inquiries land in the inquiries panel on your dashboard with the buyer's name, business, email and message. You can mark each one new, read, replied or archived so nothing falls through the cracks.

How do I flag my listing as inactive?

Open your dashboard and use the "Mark listing inactive" button in your listing status card. Your profile is immediately hidden from the marketplace and from search results on the site.

What happens while my listing is inactive?

Buyers can no longer find or view your profile and cannot send you new inquiries. Your listing content, offerings, photos and past inquiries are all preserved.

How do I make my listing active again?

Use the "Make listing active" button in the same status card. Your profile is republished right away — no second review is required.

Question 14

What happens if my membership lapses?

If a paid membership expires or a payment fails, we email you and your listing is unpublished until billing is current again. Reactivating the membership restores the listing as it was.
